Marcia C. Weiler Wellman

Born July 6, 1935, in Jamestown, she the daughter of the late Warde R. and Hester Hoskins Weiler. She is a 1952 graduate of Falconer Central School.

Marcia was a fulltime wife and mother, she assisted her husband with the daily operation of the dairy farm and had owned horses her entire life.

She was a member of the Conewango Valley United Methodist Church and former member of the Farm Bureau Kitchen Conferences and enjoyed volunteering at the Ellington Free Library, chasing her kids and managing the farm.

Devoted wife of 63 years to the late Marvin V. Wellman, whom she married March 21, 1954, and died Jan. 22, 2018; mother of Kris (Cheryl) of Tampa, Fla., Kirk of Ashville, Tracy of Gerry, Perry (Cyndi) of Windsor, Va., Scott (Margaret) of Tucson, Ariz., and the late Lori Lynn Wellman (2015); grandmother of Molly Bristol, Dana Hilliker, Carolyn, Elizabeth, Alexandra, Aaron, Austin, Mackenzi, Samantha, Sebastian, Elliott and Morgan Wellman; great-grandmother of Scotty and Ace; sister of Ron (Marie) Weiler of W. Seneca and the late Pat McDermott, Cora Powell Sprague and Phillip Weiler. Also survived by nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be held at 1 p.m., Wednesday in Jordan Funeral Home, Sinclairville with one hour of visitation prior to the service. Burial in Rutledge Cemetery, Cone- wango Valley.
