CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
¯ SOUTH DAYTON — Austin T. Fisher, 24, of South Dayton, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt, fourth-degree criminal mischief and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. The Sheriff’s Office investigated a reported domestic dispute that took place in front of two children ages 3 and 5. During the dispute a wall was damaged while a valid refrain from order of protection was in place. Fisher was remanded to Cattaraugus County Jail in lieu of $5,000 and is scheduled to appear back in court later.
¯ RANDOLPH — Charles W. Riddell, 37, of Randolph, was taken into custody Oct. 12 during a traffic stop on Route 394 in the town of Randolph. Riddell was wanted on a bench warrant out of Ellington Town Court. He was transferred to the New York State Police for further court proceedings.

¯ FREWSBURG — Joshua C. Warner, 36, of Jamestown, was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny. The Sheriff’s Office received a report of a stolen riding lawn mower in area of Sandberg Road in the town of Carroll. On Tuesday, the property was recovered. Warner was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Carroll Town Court at a later date.

¯ Justin R. Martin, 34, of Jamestown, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, fourth-degree grand larceny and second-degree unlawful imprisonment. Officers responded at 9:13 a.m. Tuesday to an east side residence for a reported domestic dispute. Officers spoke to Martin and another person, neither of whom wanted to pursue charges in connection with the incident. Less than five minutes later, officers responded to a second 911 call from the residence. An investigation learned that Martin allegedly entered a bedroom and tackled a woman to the ground and forcibly took a pack of cigarette’s out of the victim’s hands. After leaving the room, the victim locked the bedroom door and called 911. Martin subsequently returned to the bedroom and kicked open the locked door, causing damage in excess of $250. He was transported to jail and arraigned in Jamestown City Court.
¯ Bryan R. Carroll, 35, of Jamestown, was charged with first-degree assault, third-degree criminal possession of a weapon and third-degree criminal trespass. Kristin A. Dale, 35, of Jamestown, was charged with third-degree criminal trespass. Officers responded at 6:30 p.m.Tuesday to UPMC to take a report for an assault. The victim sustained serious physical injury, which occurred in a condemned residence on the north side of Jamestown. Through an investigation, the condemned residence was located. Officers cleared the residence and located the suspect from the assault, identified as Carroll. Dale was also located in the condemned residence. Both were transported to jail and held for arraignment.
¯ Andrew T.W. McFalls, 32, of Jamestown, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled susbtance. Officers stopped a vehicle at 11:13 a.m. Tuesday in the area of West Sixth and Cherry streets for traffic infractions. During a search, officers located a quantity of cocaine. McFalls is scheduled to appear in Jamestown City Court later.
