¯ Kathy L. Hallmark, 60, of Jamestown, was charged with petit larceny. Officers were called at 2:57 p.m. Thursday to Walmart for a reported shoplifting. It was learned that Hallmark allegedly attempted to take items with a fraudulent receipt and passed all points of sale without making a payment. Hallmark is scheduled to appear in Busti Town Court later.

JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Tyler J. Langworthy, no age or address listed, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief. Officers responded at 2:58 a.m. Sunday to the south side of the city for a domestic incident. A white SUV was observed leaving the scene and was stopped a short distance away. An investigation found that Langworthy, a passenger in the vehicle, was the suspect in the incident. He was transported to Jamestown City Jail and held for arraignment.

¯ Ramsey J. Huddleston, 42, of Jamestown, was charged with third-degree burglary and petit larceny. Officers responded at 11:43 p.m. Sunday to an alarm at an East Second Street business. Officers located an open door with no one inside. An investigation found that Huddleston allegedly entered the business and fled with merchandise before police arrived. Huddleston was found nearby at his home and was taken into custody. He was being held for arraignment.
