LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE

¯ Lucinda S. White, 19, of Perrysburg, was charged with petit larceny. White was stopped by Walmart assesst protection at 8:30 p.m. Saturday for allegedly taking items without paying for them. White is scheduled to appear in Busti Town Court later.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

¯ BROCTON — Joshua D. Butcher, 22, of Brocton, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief. Deputies responded at 2:10 p.m. Monday to Central Avenue in Brocton for a reported altercation. An investigation found that Butcher allegedly got into an altercation with another person and took their phone as they were attempting to call for help. Butcher was transported to Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment.

¯ FRENCH CREEK — Katherine E. Henneman, 34, of Erie, Pa., was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated DWI and moving from lane unsafely. Deputies at 12:27 a.m. Monday located a vehicle stuck in a ditch on Old Road in the town of French Creek. An investigation found that Henneman was allegedly operating the vehicle in an intoxicated state. Henneman was processed and transported to the Clymer substation where she submitted to a breath test. She is scheduled to appear in court later.

JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Jessy J. Webb, 31, of Jamestown, was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. Officers stopped a vehicle at 2:17 a.m. Tuesday in the area of East Second and Cowing streets. During the stop the driver reportedly showed signs of intoxication, and Webb was taken into custody following an investigation. Webb was transported to Jamestown City Jail and held for arraignment.
