JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Nyren Graham, 24, of Jamestown, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt. Officers responded at 2:40 p.m. Friday to a reported domestic dispute at a residence on the west side of the city. It was learned that Graham was in the residence in violation of an order of protection. As officers attempted to make contact, Graham reportedly jumped out of a second story window. Graham was taken into custody and transported to Jamestown City Jail.

¯ Victoria Bentley, 30, of Jamestown, was charged with petit larceny and third-degree assault. Officers responded at 3:11 p.m. Friday to Dollar General on Winsor Street for a shoplifting complaint where a female allegedly stole numerous items and attempted to leave. An employee confronted Bentley, and an altercation occurred in the parking lot where Bentley allegedly punched and bit the employee prior to police arriving. Bentley was taken into custody after a short struggle and was transported to Jamestown City Jail.

LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Scott A. Edddy, 22, of Jamestown, was taken into custody on warrants for fourth-degree grand larceny and two counts of petit larceny. Officers were called at 8:55 p.m. Thursday to investigate a possible larceny in progress. A check showed that Eddy was wanted for shoplifting incidents that occurred on Dec. 2, Dec. 27 and Jan. 12. Eddy was processed and transported to Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment.

¯ Chelsey L. Earle, 33, of Jamestown, was taken into custody on warrants for second-degree harassment and petit larceny. Earle was stopped by Jamestown police at 1:28 a.m. Saturday. Earle was turned over to Lakewood-Busti police after it was learned she was wanted for an incident that took place July 10, 2021, where she allegedly took an item and scratched a man several times. Earle was processed and transported to jail for centralized arraignment.

¯ Nyren L. Graham was charged with theft of service. Graham allegedly walked out of Group Ther-Happy in Lakewood without paying for a $106.92 bar tab. The incident took place Jan. 15. Graham was taken into custody on an arrest warrant.

¯ Jamie M. Lore, 39, of Salamanca, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Lore was detained at 7 p.m. Thursday following an alleged larceny at Walmart. Lore was reportedly found in possession of methamphetamine. Lore was processed and released with tickets to appear in Busti Town Court later.
