LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Cassandra L. Olson, no age listed, of Frewsburg, was charged with third-degree burglary and petit larceny. Officers responded at 10:12 p.m. Friday to Walmart for a reported larceny in progress. Olson was located in the parking lot after she left the point of sale. It was found that Olson allegedly took $708.77 worth of merchandise. She was charged with a burglary due to past crimes committed at Walmart. Olson is scheduled to appear in Busti Town Court later to answer the charges.

JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Peter J. Jones, 42, of Jamestown, was charged with felony driving while intoxicated, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operator, third-degree unlawfully fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle and second-degree obstructing governmental administration. Officers assisted Ellicott police on a traffic stop around 3 a.m. Sunday on North Main Street. The driver fled into the city and later struck a telephone pole. The driver then backed up and hit a residence where the vehicle became inoperable. The driver, identified as Jones, attempted to flee but was taken into custody. Jones was transported to Jamestown City Jail and held for arraignment.

ELLICOTT POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Tyler L. Oakley, 29, no address listed, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief. Officers were called Saturday to CVS Pharmacy for a reported disorderly person. It was learned that Oakley, a store employee, allegedly caused damage inside the store totaling about $1,500. Oakley is scheduled to appear in Ellicott Town Court later.

¯ Elizabeth J. Seice, 33, of Falconer, was charged with second-degree harassment and second-degree criminal contempt. Officers responded at 2:30 p.m. Friday to a Falconer address for a reported domestic disturbance. It was found that Seice was allegedly disorderly and harassing residents at the address. There was an order of protection preventing Seice from being at the address or around the residents. Seice was processed and transported to Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment.

¯ Melissa E. Sweeney, 48, no address listed, was charged with disorderly conduct. Officers stopped a vehicle at 12:53 a.m. Saturday. Sweeny, a front seat passenger, reportedly got out of the vehicle and began screaming obscenities toward officers in a residential area. She is scheduled to appear in Ellicott Town Court later.
