¯ PORTLAND — Karri L. Treacle, 38, of Ripley, was taken into custody at 9:15 a.m. Thursday on a warrant for driving while intoxicated and DWI per se. Treacle was taken to Chautauqua County Jail and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
¯ WESTFIELD — Andrew W. Sissem, 26, of Westfield, was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny and petit larceny. Sissem was taken into custody following an investigation by the Criminal Investigations Division of the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office Sissem allegedly purchased $1,228.93 in items at the Westfield Napa Auto parts store using another persons business account without their knowledge or permission. He also went to ADD Lumber-True Value in Westfield and also allegedly used the same person’s business account to purchase $821.41 in items without their permission or knowledge. Sissem was issued tickets to appear in Westfield Town Court later. Deputies were assisted by the Westfield Police Department.
ELLICOTT POLICE DEPARTMENT
¯ Ralph R. Patterson, 40, no address listed, was charged with larceny. Officers responded Thursday to a local business where a person had reportedly stolen a used motor vehicle tire and left the area. Officers were able to identify the person as Patterson on video surveillance from prior law enforcement dealings. Patterson was issued a ticket to appear in Ellicott Town Court later.

¯ Shalena S. Freeman, 35, of Jamestown, was charged with driving while intoxicated. A traffic stop was conducted at 3:34 a.m. Thursday in the area of Bush and Winsor streets. Freeman was determined to be intoxicated and was transported to Jamestown City Jail without incident.
