JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Angelea A. Luszcak, 27, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree criminal contempt at 8:34 p.m. Tuesday when officers walking a beat in the area of East Second Street and Woodlawn Avenue reported seeing Luszcak in a home with a man who had a Stay Away Order against Luszcak. She was charged and taken to the Jamestown City Jail awaiting arraignment.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

GERRY — Randall K. Mesler Jr., 21, of Jamestown was charged with third-degree burglary and petit larceny after a reported burglary of a vacant Gerry home in May. Mesler will be in Gerry Town Court later.

WESTFIELD POLICE

WESTFIELD — Edward A. Wood, 50, of Felton Road, Westfield, was charged with first-degree criminal contempt, first-degree unlawful imprisonment, second-degree menacing and second-degree aggravated harassment at 7:37 p.m. Sunday after an alleged physical incident with a woman. Westfield police report that Wood allegedly threatened the woman, who had a valid Stay Away Order against Wood, with several knives and held the woman against her will in a shower while threatening her with knives, not allowing her to escape either the shower or the home. Wood was charged and taken to the Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment. He was held in the county jail.

CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

COLDSPRING — Rodney L. Walters Jr., 34, of Randolph was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance after a traffic stop at 7:30 p.m. June 20 on Route 394 in Randolph. Walters will be in Coldspring Town Court later.

EAST OTTO — Torri Ball, 19, of Salamanca was charged with second-degree harassment at 12:38 p.m. Saturday after coming into the Sheriff’s Office regarding an incident that allegedly happened June 18 in East Otto. Ball will be in East Otto Town Court later.

LITTLE VALLEY — Chelsea M. Farley, 26, of Kennedy was charged with endangering the welfare of a child after a Feb. 6 incident. Farley allegedly left an infant unattended in her vehicle for more than 20 minutes. She will be in court later.
