¯ ELLINGTON — Teresa, Rooney, 49, of Jamestown was charged with driving while intoxicated. Troopers responded Saturday to Waterboro Hill Road in the town of Ellington for a report of a crash. An investigation found that Rooney had driven off the road and entered the creek, causing front end damage to her vehicle. She reportedly failed several field sobriety tests and later provided a breath sample of 0.11%. Rooney, who was uninjured in the crash, was issued tickets to appear in Ellington Town Court later.
