¯ HANOVER — Javier C. Cruz, 31, of Silver Creek was charged with second-degree reckless endangerment and fourth-degree criminal mischief. Deputies responded Dec. 31 to a report of a vehicle striking another vehicle in the town of Hanover. An investigation found that Cruz intentionally struck another vehicle that was occupied, causing damage. He is scheduled to appear in Hanover Town Court later.

¯ MAYVILLE — David L. Hanson, 35, of Mayville was charged with second-degree unlawful imprisonment, fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment. Deputies received a reported of an altercation Monday that took place between Hanson and another person the day prior. Hanson was taken through centralized arraignment and is scheduled to appear back in court later.
