CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

¯ SHERIDAN — Edward T. Wilson, 24, of Fredonia was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se and speeding at 10:05 p.m. Tuesday after he was pulled over on Route 20 in Sheridan. Deputies report Wilson was allegedly speeding when he was pulled over. Wilson will be in Sheridan Town Court later.

¯ DUNKIRK — Krystalyn Lebarron, 24, of Silver Creek was charged with DWI, DWI per se and speeding at 2:36 a.m. Dec. 8 on Route 60 in Dunkirk. Deputies report pulling Lebarron’s vehicle over for allegedly speeding. She will be in Dunkirk Town Court later.

¯ SILVER CREEK — Matthew D. Valliere, 25, of Irving was charged with petit larceny, criminal possession of stolen property, resisting arrest and second-degree obstruction of governmental administration and Brian B. Ward, 27, was charged with petit larceny, criminal possession of stolen property, criminal mischief and driving while intoxicated at 1:10 a.m. Wednesday after allegedly damaging and stealing part of a nativity scene in Hanover. Deputies on patrol in the Fredonia area reportedly found the vehicle believed to be involved in the incident a few minutes after the incident. After pulling the vehicle over, deputies report Valliere allegedly tried to run away on foot. Both Valliere and Ward were charged and taken to the Chautauqua County Jail for arraignment through the Centralized Arraignment Program. They will be in Hanover Town Court and Fredonia Village Court later.

¯ DUNKIRK — Jose J. Ruiz, 32, of Dunkirk was charged with third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance at 5:40 p.m. Thursday after a months-long investigation by the Dunkirk Police Department and Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force. Grand Jury indictments were handed down for Ruiz, who was found and arrested without incident. Ruiz was taken to the Chautauqua County Jail until he could be arraigned.

¯ Rodney G. Clyburn, 29, of 29 Leming St., Dunkirk, was charged at 4:15 p.m. Thursday with third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance after a months-long investigation by the Dunkirk Police Department and Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force. Grand Jury indictments were handed down for Clyburn, who was found and arrested without incident. Ruiz was taken to the Chautauqua County Jail until he could be arraigned.

¯ HANOVER — Jennifer L. Roche, 40, of Hanover was charged with second-degree strangulation, endangering the welfare of a child and two counts of second-degree harassment. Deputies responded Monday at 12:45 a.m. to West Spears Road in the town of Hanover for a reported altercation. An investigation found that Roche was allegedly involved in a physical altercation with two people. Roche was transported to Chautauqua County Jail for Centralized Arraignment.

NEW YORK STATE POLICE

¯ Austin Bratton, 19, of Ellington was charged with third-degree criminal mischief. Troopers responded Sunday to a residence in Ellington for a report of a broken window. An investigation found that Bratton allegedly threw several items through the rear window of another person’s vehicle, causing hundreds of dollars in damage. Bratton was processed and released with ticekts to appear in Ellington Town Court later.
