CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

¯ HANOVER — Eliezer Morales, 39, of Buffalo was charged with four counts of aggravated driving while intoxicated (Leandra’s Law), four counts of endangering the welfare of a child, DWI, DWI per se, failure to dim head lamps, speed in zone, moving from lane unsafely and possessing more than one driver’s license. Deputies stopped a vehicle at 2:35 a.m. on Sunday for multiple traffic violations. An investigation found that Morales was allegedly operating the vehicle in an intoxicated condition while multiple children under the age of 15 inside. The children’s ages ranged from less than a year old to 11 years of age. Morales was transported to Chautauqua County Jail for Centralized Arraignment.

JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Patresha L. Borkowski, 33, of Jamestown was charged with third-degree assault. Officers responded at 11 p.m. on Tuesday to a domestic dispute on Bowen Street. It was learned that Borkowski allegedly struck a male in the face, causing pain and a bloody nose. Borkowski was transported to Jamestown City Jail and held for arraignment.
