CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

¯ SILVER CREEK — Daniel Rodriguez-Collazo, 54, of Buffalo was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se, failure to keep right and consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle. Deputies stopped a vehicle Sunday at 2:40 a.m. for an alleged traffic violation in the village of Silver Creek. An investigation found that Rodriguez-Collazo was operating the vehicle while intoxicated. He was released with tickets to appear in Silver Creek Village Court later.

JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Andrew Vanguilder, 30, of Jamestown was taken into custody Wednesday at 4 a.m. on a parole violation. Officers had checked several locations for Vanguilder, who was found at an East Fifth Street residence. He was turned over to the Sheriff’s Office to be transported to Chautauqua County Jail.

ELLICOTT POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Stephanie J. Dellahoy, 31, of Jamestown was charged with three counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Officers stopped a vehicle Wednesday on Fairmount Avenue, and an investigation found that a passenger in the vehicle, identified as Dellahoy, was allegedly in possession of a quantity of methamphetamine, Subutex and Suboxone. She is scheduled to appear in Ellicott Town Court later.

¯ Randall L. Cross, 53, no address given, was charged with illegal open burn. Offices were on patrol Aug. 30 around 3 a.m. when they saw black smoke coming from the rear of an apartment in Falconer. An investigation determined that Cross was burning a TV. He was issued a ticket to appear in Ellicott Town Court later.
