JAMESTOWN POLICE

¯ Pauline Leger, 62, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree criminal trespass at 9:25 p.m. Aug. 10 after city police officers responded to 151 Park St. for a reported trespassing complaint. Officers were told two neighbors were having issues with a noise complaint when Leger allegedly unlawfully entered a person’s home to create a confrontation. She was charged and taken to the city jail until she could be arraigned.

ELLICOTT POLICE

¯ James M. Harrier Jr. was charged with driving while intoxicated and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance on Thursday after he was pulled over at the intersection of Falconer Street and Tiffany Avenue in Falconer. Harrier allegedly had powdered cocaine in the vehicle. Harrier will be in Ellicott Town Court later. The Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Dept. K-9 unit also responded to the scene.

¯ Jacob M. Raynor, 36, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument on Friday. Ellicott police were checking on suspicious person on West Main Street, Falconer, and allegedly found Raynor in possession of a small amount of methamphetamine and a hypodermic instrument. Raynor was taken to the Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment.

WESTFIELD POLICE

Anthony D. Delmonte, 20, of 16 Pearl St., Westfield, was charged with two counts of first-degree unlawfully dealing with a child at 6:53 p.m. Thursday. According to a police report, officers responded to 16 Pearl St., Westfield, for a report of an underage drinking gathering. Officers report the tenant in Apartment 3, Delmonte, allegedly provided alcoholic beverages to two 17-year-olds. Delmonte was charged and will be in Westfield Village Court later.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPT.

¯ SHERMAN — William F. Sloan, 29, of Sherman was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon at 12:39 a.m. Friday after deputies checked a suspicious vehicle on Main Street in Sherman. According to a police report, the driver was identified as Sloan, who was allegedly found in possession of a loaded rifle even though he was prohibited from possessing a rifle due to prior felony convictions. Sloan was taken to the Chautauqua County Jail pending arraignment. He will be in Sherman Town Court later.

¯ HANOVER — Kevin D. Kuzdzal, 49, of Dunkirk was charged with felony driving while ability impaired by drugs or alcohol and no/inadequate lights at 11:43 p.m. Tuesday after he was pulled over on Route 5 and 20 in Hanover for a traffic infraction. Deputies said in a news release that Kuzdzal’s charge is a felony because he allegedly had a prior DWAI conviction in the past 10 years. He will be in Hanover Town Court later.

¯ Todd E. Adams, 46, of Frewsburg was charged with DWI, failure to keep right and aggravated DWI with a blood-alcohol content of .18 percent or higher at 12:53 a.m. Friday after an accident on Oak Hill Road, Frewsburg. Deputies report Adams was driving and was allegedly intoxicated at the time of the accident. He will be in Carroll Town Court later.
