CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

¯ SILVER CREEK — Mayra Casado-Cruz, 22, of Dunkirk was charged with third-degree assault. Deputies responded Wednesday for a reported altercation on Williams Street in Silver Creek. Casado-Cruz was reportedly involved in an altercation that caused injury to another person. He was remanded to Chautauqua County Jail pending centralized arraignment.

JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Andres J. Pizarro-Campos, 27, of Jamestown was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and endangering the welfare of a child. Officers responded to Charles Street on Wednesday at 6:09 p.m. for a domestic incident. Police learned Pizarro-Campos allegedly enganged in a physical domestic incident and damaged a victim’s necklace by ripping it off her that took place in front of a child. Pizarro-Campos was taken into custody and transported Jamestown City Jail.

ELLICOTT POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Stephanie J. Bush, 31, was charged with petit larceny and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Officers responded to a reported shoplifting Wednesday at 11:26 a.m. at Dollar General in Falconer. It was learned that Bush took items and left without paying. Bush was issued appearance tickets to be in Ellicott Town Court later to answer the charges.

¯ Lisa R. Calkins, 49, of Celoron was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief. Officers responded Wednesday at 5:45 p.m. to a reported domestic incident at a Celoron address. An investigation found that Calkins damaged property by throwing an object through a vehicle window. She was transported to Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment.
