ELLICOTT POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Larry Cassey III, 28, of Fredonia was taken to the Chautauqua County Jail until he could be arraigned through the Centralized Arraignment Program. Cassey Ellicott Police responded to a report of a suspicious person on Route 60 in Ellicott and found Cassey III, who was found to have a bench warrant and a small amount of methamphetamine and cocaine in his possession. He will be in Ellicott Town Court later.

¯ Daniel F. McGraw, 37, of Bemus Point was charged with driving while intoxicated, speeding and aggravated DWI after he was pulled over Sunday for a violation by Ellicott police officers. McGraw will be in Ellicott Town Court later.

¯ Theodore L. Francisco, was charged with petit larceny and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance on April 28 after police responded to a report of a larceny at the Dollar General store in Falconer. Francisco allegedly had taken a Little Debbie’s snack and a marker without paying. Francisco also allegedly had methamphetamine. He was taken to the Chautauqua County Jail to be arraigned. He will be in Ellicott Town Court later.

¯ Christopher J. Rock, 41, was charged second-degree criminal contempt after allegedly violating an order of protection on April 24 in Falconer. Rock was taken to the Chautauqua County Jail and will be in Ellicott Town Court later.

¯ Suzy Q. Hannold, 35, of Jamestown was charged with petit larceny after allegedly taking items from a business in Falconer. Hannold was taken to the Chautauqua County Jail pending centralized arraignment.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

¯ FRENCH CREEK — T.J. Parker C. Jensen, 18, of East Lake, Ohio, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief at 11:51 p.m. Sunday after deputies investigated a suspicious situation in French Creek. Jensen allegedly damaged property belonging to someone else. He will be in French Creek Town Court later.

JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Mark A. McAdoo, 51 was charged with second-degree harassment, obstructing governmental administration and resisting arrest. At 1:18 p.m. on Monday, officers were called to 25 Kinney St. for a well-being check. Upon arrival, officers made contact with an individual who was identified as McAdoo. When the officers approached him, McAdoo allegedly attacked an male officer by pushing him and punching him in his face. After a brief struggle, McAdoo was taken into custody and transported to the city jail.

CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

¯ Nicole F. Ludlow, 28, of Gowanda was taken into custody on a warrant issued by Cattaraugus County Court at 2:50 p.m. on Saturday. The warrant was issued due to her alleged failure to appear in drug court. Ludlow was transported to the Cattaraugus County Jail and will appear in Cattaraugus County Court at a later date.
