CARROLL POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Robbie M. Stearns, 23, of Frewsburg was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Police observed a vehicle Saturday at 11:27 p.m. driving with one headlight on Ivory Road. An investigation found that Stearns was allegedly in possession of cocaine. Stearns was processed and released.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

¯ STOCKTON — Raymond M. Borland, 33, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree criminal impersonation, speed in zone and unlicensed operator. Joanna L. Snyder, 46, of Jamestown was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle. Deputies stopped a vehicle Sunday at 3:52 p.m. on James Road in Stockton for a speeding violation. The driver, identified as Borland, allegedly used the name of another person during the stop. Both were released with appearance tickets.

¯ PANAMA — Adam J. Marcucci, 38, of Panama was charged with endangering the welfare of a child, fourth-degree stalking, resisting arrest, second-degree harassment, trespass and disorderly conduct. Deputies were called Sunday at 6:16 p.m. to a home on Hyde Park in Panama for an unwanted person. It was found that Marcucci was allegedly harassing another person with a child nearby. When deputies attempted to place Marcucci into custody, he reportedly resisted. Marcucci also allegedly yelled obscenities in public with people outside close by. He was taken to Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment and is scheduled to appear in Harmony Town Court at a later date.

¯ RIPLEY — Kirkland Dulmus, 19, of Ripley was arrested at 10:45 a.m. Sunday after deputies conducted a warrant check for Dulmus on Main Street, Ripley. Dulmus had been wanted on a charge of petit larceny. He was found in a residence on Main Street, Ripley, and taken to the Chautauqua County Jail.

¯ BUSTI — James P. Leroy, 31, of North East, Pa., was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI with a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent or greater, failure to keep right and moving from lane unsafely after he was pulled over at 2:53 a.m. Sunday on Busti-Stillwater Road for multiple alleged traffic violations.

¯ Nathan P. Rios, 36, of Jamestown was charged with DWI, DWI with a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent or greater and speed in zone at 11:40 p.m. Saturday on Hunt Road. Rios was pulled over for allegedly speeding and was allegedly found to be intoxicated.

JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ A 17-year-old female was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief. Officers were called Sunday at 4:20 p.m. to East Eighth Street for a reported domestic dispute in progress. It was learned the female got into an argument with a male, and at one point the female reportedly punched a window, causing the glass to break. She was taken into custody and transported to Jamestown City Jail. She was held for arraignment.
