CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

¯ SINCLAIRVILLE — Ryan D. Baker, 26, of Sinclairville was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminally possessing a hypodermic instrument. Deputies performed a warrant check Saturday at a Sinclairville residence. Baker was found inside and taken into custody on warrants from the Lakewood-Busti Police Department. He was transported to Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment and remanded. Baker is scheduled to appear back in court at a later date to answer the charges.

¯ HANOVER — William D. Morris, 32, of Collins was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs and crossing hazard markings. Deputies stopped a vehicle Saturday at 9:07 p.m. on Route 5 and 20 for driving over the hazard marking. Morris was charged following an investigation. He was taken to jail on pre-arraignment bail and is scheduled to appear in Hanover Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.

DUNKIRK POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Bryan Ramos, 25, of Dunkirk was charged with second-degree burglary, fourth-degree grand larceny and fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property. Ramos was taken into custody following an investigation into a burglary at a Dunkirk residence July 30, 2018. Arrest warrants were obtained in late August and was served Friday. He was taken to Chautauqua County Jail and is scheduled to appear in Dunkirk City Court later.
