ELLICOTT POLICE

¯ FALCONER — David R. Ralph II, 29, was charged with criminal mischief after allegedly throwing an object though the front window of Waddington’s Tavern at 2:15 a.m. Thursday after being asked to leave. Ralph was later found and charged. He will be in Ellicott Town Court later.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPT.

¯ Jonathan R. Barlow, 46, of Jamestown was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and no/inadequate headlights at 10:08 p.m. Thursday after his vehicle was pulled over on Steele Street, Jamestown, for having less than two functioning headlights. Barlow’s driver’s license had allegedly been suspended in New York and he allegedly had a controlled substance in the vehicle. Barlow will be in Jamestown City Court later.

¯ STOCKTON — Raymond M. Borland, 33, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree criminal impersonation, speed in zone and unlicensed operator. Joanna L. Snyder, 46, of Jamestown was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle. Deputies stopped a vehicle Sunday at 3:52 p.m. on James Road in Stockton for a speeding violation. The driver, identified as Borland, allegedly used the name of another person during the stop. Both were released with appearance tickets to be in Stockton Town Court at a later date to answer their charges.

JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Miguel A. Rodriguez, 53, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree falsely reporting an incident. Officers responded to report of a disorderly person at 211 N. Main St. at approximately 8:30 p.m. Thursday. When officers arrived, they could hear a fire alarm sounding from inside the apartment building. It was discovered that Rodriguez had pulled the alarm with no fire occurring. He was taken into custody and transported to city jail. Rodriguez is being held pending arraignment.
