Maple Springs Woman Faces Grand Larceny Charges
BEMUS POINT — A Maple Springs woman faces grand larceny charges after she allegedly took several credit cards from another person.
On July 29, deputies responded to an Ellery location for a report of a larceny. Deputies report that Amy M. Swanson, 45, of Maple Springs allegedly took several items from another person, including several credit cards, without permission. An arrest warrant was issued by the Ellery Town Court on Sunday for fourth-degree grand larceny, fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, petit larceny and fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property. She was charged and arraigned in Ellery Town Court and released to be in Ellery Town Court at a later date.
