CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

¯ RIPLEY — Angela M. Garigal, 41, of Fredonia was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se, speeding and moving from lane unsafely. Deputies responded at 1:06 a.m. Tuesday to a one-vehicle crash on Route 76 in Ripley. The driver was Garigal, and following an investigation, it was determined she was allegedly driving while intoxicated. She is scheduled to answer the charges in Ripley Town Court at a later.

¯ WESTFIELD — Katelin M. Marzka, 22, of North East, Pa., was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood-alcohol content of .18 percent or greater, DWI, failure to keep right, moving from lane unsafely and open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle. Deputies observed a vehicle at 11:08 p.m. on Aug. 16 driving erratically on Route 5 in Westfield. Marzka was taken into custody following an investigation. She is scheduled to be in Westfield Town Court at a later.

¯ HANOVER — William E. Sinagra, 20, of Crafton, Pa., was charged with third-degree criminal possession of stolen property, failure to dim headlights and moving from lane unsafely. Deputies observed a vehicle at 1:11 a.m. on Tuesday commit a traffic violation on Route 5 and Route 20 in The Town Hanover. Sinagra was driving a vehicle previously reported stolen. He was remanded to Chautauqua County Jail on bail.

¯ RIPLEY — Seth D. Munson, 19, was charged as being a fugitive from justice. The Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division served an active arrest warrant Tuesday on Munson at an address on Burton Avenue in Ripley. Munson had a warrant out of Pennsylvania for burglary. He was taken into custody without incident and arraigned in Chautauqua Town Court. He was committed to Chautauqua County Jail.
