Ellicott Police Department

¯ Lynn A. Lee, 55, was charged recently with third-degree assault following a reported domestic dispute at the Budget Inn in Falconer. She was arraigned in the town of Ellicott and remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail.

¯ Caitlin M. Arnold, 26, of Conewango Valley was charged Monday following a burglary incident at the Kozy Corners Kleaning business in the Village of Falconer. According to police, Arnold entered the business around 7:26 a.m., unlawfully and forcefully, and intentionally caused damage to items without having the right to do so. She was arraigned in the City of Jamestown and remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail on $10,000 bond/$20,000 cash bail and is due to appear in the Town of Ellicott court at a later date.

Jamestown Police Department

¯ Teresa Rooney, 47, of Jamestown was charged Monday with first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument. The charge stems from a report of a customer using a fake $20 bill to purchase goods from the Tim Hortons located at 21 S. Main St. Rooney was transported to the city jail.

¯ Hector Rivera, 40, of Jamestown was charged Monday with petit larceny following a shoplifting complaint from Rite Aid, 50 S. Main St. Rivera was transported to the city jail and is being held pending arraignment.
