LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Brandon M. Okruch of Russell, Pa., was charged on Aug. 6 with driving while intoxicated, aggravated DWI, leaving scene of a property damage accident, crossing hazard line and resisting arrest. At 8:30 p.m., police responded to a vehicle accident at 1247 Southwestern Drive in Busti. Upon arrival, police observed an unoccupied vehicle that had struck a guard rail. Officers located the driver, Okruch, a short distance from the scene. He was allegedly intoxicated and issued an appearance ticket for Busti Court.

ELLICOTT POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Ronald A. McClaran Sr., 51, of Falconer was charged on Aug. 13 with second-degree harassment. At 5:16 a.m., police responded to a domestic disturbance in Falconer. It is alleged that McClaran struck another person in the head. He was scheduled to appear in Ellicott Court at a later date.

¯ Devven L. Fletcher, 31, of Jamestown was charged with third-degree criminal mischief. It is alleged that, on July 15, Fletcher threw a brick at a vehicle and damaged it. He was scheduled to appear in Ellicott Court at a later date.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

¯ POMFRET — Matthew A. Smith, 26, of Fredonia was charged on Aug. 13 with failure to keep right, DWI and aggravated DWI. At 3:28 a.m., deputies pulled over Smith in Pomfret for an alleged traffic infraction. It is alleged that Smith was intoxicated. He was scheduled to appear in Pomfret Court at a later date.

¯ SHERMAN — Donald R. Ladolce, 53, of Stockton was charged on Aug. 12 with moving from lane safely, DWI with a combination of drugs and alcohol and unlawful possession of marijuana. At 10 p.m., deputies responded to a motorcycle accident on Route 430 in Sherman. It is alleged that the driver, Ladolce, was impaired by drugs and alcohol. He was taken to a local hospital by the Sherman Fire Department for non-life-threatening injuries. He was scheduled to appear in Sherman Court at a later date.

¯ SILVER CREEK — Juan Navarrate, 31, of Dunkirk was charged on Aug. 15 with DWI, DWI per se, open container, moving from lane unsafely, unlicensed operator and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. At 12:35 a.m., deputies pulled over Navarrate for allegedly moving from a lane unsafely on Route 20 in Silver Creek. It is alleged that he was intoxicated. Navarrate was scheduled to appear in Silver Creek Court at a later date.

¯ HANOVER — Wyatt Schoenle, 44, of Versailes was charged on Aug. 12 with third-degree assault. At 1:15 a.m., police were informed by Sunset Bay staff of an assault by Schoenle. Police detained Schoenle and allegedly found a blunt instrument described in the assault. He was scheduled to appear in Hanover Court at a later date.

¯ Bryan J. Martinez-Reyes, 26, of Jamestown was charged on Aug. 14 with petit larceny and misuse of food stamps. It is alleged that from July 1, 2015 through August 31, 2015, Martinez-Reyes failed to notify the Chautauqua County Department of Social Services that he had income/employment while receiving SNAP/food stamp benefits. This unreported income allowed for Martinez-Reyes to receive $537 in unentitled benefits. Martinez-Reyes is scheduled to appear in Jamestown City Court at a later date.
