JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯Joshua K. Crist II, 36, of Jamestown was charged on June 29 with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. At 5:03 p.m., police responded to the area of Allen Park and West Virginia Avenue for a reported unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. It is alleged that Crist was driving a company vehicle after hours without permission from the owner. Crist was taken to city jail to await arraignment.

¯Patrick J. Blakemore, 38, of Jamestown was charged on June 29 with second-degree harassment, first-degree criminal contempt and aggravated Family Offense. At 1:10 a.m., police responded to 25 Mount Vernon Place for a reported domestic incident. Upon arrival, a victim alleged that he was approached by Blakemore hours earlier in the area of Mount Vernon Place and Chapman Street, and that Blakemore threatened him with physical harm. Blakemore was reportedly required to stay away from the victim by a valid order of protection. Blakemore was located at 135 Sprague St. and taken to city jail. He was charged with aggravated Family Offense based on a check of his criminal history. He is currently on probation.

¯Steven D. Schrecengost, 22, of Falconer was charged on June 29 with unlawful possession of marijuana, resisting arrest, second-degree obstructing governmental administration and disorderly conduct. Elizabeth L. Schrecengost, 34, of Falconer was charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and second-degree obstructing governmental administration. At 10:14 p.m., police pulled over a vehicle in front of 92 Steele St. for no headlight. Both defendants allegedly became disorderly and resisted arrest. They were both taken to city jail in lieu of bail.

¯Justin H. Myers, 27, of Jamestown was taken into custody on June 28 on an outstanding Jamestown City Court bench warrant, an outstanding Chautauqua County felony indictment for burglary and second-degree obstructing governmental administration. At 7:30 p.m., police responded to 8 Stearns Ave. Apt. 2, where Myers was allegedly hiding due to an outstanding warrant an indictment. Myers allegedly refused to answer the door when police arrived. He was later taken into custody.

¯Hashaun Leeper Sr., 41, of Jamestown was charged on June 28 with criminal obstruction of breathing. Lori L. Cobb, 50, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree burglary and petit larceny. At 7 p.m., police investigated a domestic incident that occurred at 56 Lamont St. on June 24. It is alleged that Leeper choked a female victim during the incident. It is also alleged that Cobb entered the male victim’s residence and stole his cellular phone. Both defendants were taken to city jail to await arraignment.

¯Isiah W. Payne, 18, of Jamestown was charged on July 2 with fourth-degree criminal mischief. At 11:37 a.m., police responded to the area of 410 Fourth St. for a reported disorderly person damaging property. It is alleged that Payne, who was on probation, jumped on the hood of a victim’s car and damaged it. Payne was taken to city jail to await arraignment.

¯John A. Waite Sr., 25, of Jamestown was charged on July 2 with third-degree assault. At 1 a.m., police responded to the area of Myrtle Street for a reported domestic dispute. It is alleged that Waite had gone into a residence and struck a victim in the face, causing substantial pain. Waite was taken to city jail to await arraignment.

¯Kyle A. Pernes, 25, of Jamestown was charged on July 2 with third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment. At 2 a.m., police responded to the area of West Fifth Street for a reported domestic dispute. It is alleged that Pernes poured bleach and destroyed $250 worth of clothing belonging to a victim. It is also alleged that Pernes grabbed and struck the victim. Pernes was taken to city jail to await arraignment.

¯Joseph J. Thayer, 40, of Jamestown was charged on July 1 with second-degree unlawful imprisonment, criminal obstruction of breathing, third-degree assault and third-degree menacing. At 4:16 p.m., police responded to 164 Chandler St. for a physical domestic dispute. Police located Thayer on the front porch of the residence. It is alleged that Thayer choked a female from behind and tackled her to the ground, refusing to let her get up. Thayer was taken to city jail to await arraignment.

¯Bart T. Shafer, 54, of Jamestown was charged on June 30 with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se and speed in zone. At 11:44 p.m., police pulled over Shafer on Foote Avenue for allegedly speeding. It is alleged that Shafer was intoxicated. He was taken to city jail to await arraignment.

¯Andrew L. Crawford, 22, of Jamestown was charged on June 29 with second-degree menacing and endangering the welfare of a child. At 2:04 a.m., police located Crawford riding a bicycle in the area of East Sixth and Winsor streets. According to a female victim, Crawford had allegedly come to her home the previous day and displayed a knife, threatening to kill her. The victim was reportedly carrying her 1-year-old infant at the time. Crawford was taken into custody and scheduled to appear in city court at a later date.

¯Daniel C. Taylor, 38, of Jamestown was charged on June 30 with second-degree criminal contempt. At 10:24 a.m., police noticed a suspicious vehicle in the area of Clinton and West 11th streets. It is alleged that Taylor was violating an order of protection by being in the presence of a female victim. He was taken to city jail to await arraignment.

LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯A 16-year-old male and female were both charged on June 30 with petit larceny. It is alleged that the male stole $72.47 in clothing and electronics, and the female stole $158 in baby clothing, electronics and fidget spinners, from the Lakewood Wal-Mart. Both were given tickets to appear in Busti Court.

¯Dominic A. Brown, 24, of Corry, Pa., was charged on June 27 with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, driving while ability impaired by drugs, unlawful possession of marijuana and speeding. Brody E. Hall, 27, of Corry, Pa., was charged with criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument, unlawful possession of marijuana and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Kory P. Durfey, 28, of Corry, Pa., was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. At 12:49 a.m., police pulled over a vehicle for reportedly speeding. It is alleged that the driver, Brown, was impaired by drugs and in possession of methamphetamine. Brown was also in possession of marijuana. His passenger, Hall, was allegedly in possession of hypodermic instruments, marijuana and meth. Durfey, another passenger, allegedly possessed meth. Investigation determined that defendants were headed to Jamestown to reportedly sell meth. All were arraigned in Busti and remanded to the county jail.

¯Gayle L. Gage, 65, of Corry, Pa., was charged on June 28 with trespass. At 2:35 p.m., police responded to the Lakewood Bon-Ton store for a reported trespassing. It is alleged that Gage was inside the store, which was considered trespassing due to a previous incident. Gage reportedly had an active arrest warrant from the Lakewood-Busti Police Department for petit larceny and third-degree burglary from a previous incident. Gage was scheduled to appear in Busti Court at a later date.

¯Jennifer E. Ford, 38, of Busti was charged on June 27 with petit larceny. At 4:15 p.m., Ford was charged for allegedly stealing three fidget spinners and two pairs of shorts valued at $35.84. She was scheduled to appear in Busti Court at a later date.

ELLICOTT POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯Tracy L. Penhollow, 44, was charged on June 26 with burglary. It is alleged that Penhollow entered a victim’s apartment at 27 E. Main St. in Falconer without permission and removed an amount of money. She was scheduled to appear in Ellicott Court at a later date.

¯Andrew Holcomb, 23, of Kennedy was charged on June 27 with second-degree harassment. It is alleged that Holcomb was involved in a fight in the parking lot of Tops Markets in Falconer. He was issued an appearance ticket for Ellicott Court.

¯Raul R. Ruiz, 69, of Frewsburg, and Kimberly A. Kohl, 48, of Jamestown, were both recently charged with petit larceny. It is alleged that both defendants conspired to remove merchandise from the Home Depot on Fairmount Avenue. Police said Kohl worked the register, while Ruiz went through her line. It is alleged that Kohl neglected to ring certain items. The two were scheduled to appear in Ellicott Court.

¯Lori B. Sheehan, 37, was charged on July 1 with aggravated harassment. At 10 p.m., police received a harassment complaint. It is alleged that Sheehan made threatening calls to a male victim. Sheehan was scheduled to appear in Ellicott Court at a later date.

¯Dakota J. Fellion, 23, was charged on July 3 with harassment. At midnight, police responded to a reported fight at 210 James St. in Falconer. It is alleged that Fellion struck another individual. Fellion was scheduled to appear in Ellicott Court at a later date.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

¯SILVER CREEK–Samantha L. Dloniak, 35, of Dunkirk was charged on June 30 with driving while ability impaired by drugs and aggravated DWI. At 8:07 p.m., deputies pulled over Dloniak when attempting to leave a parking lot on Route 5 and 20. It is alleged that she was driving while under the influence of drugs and while two children were in the vehicle. She was scheduled to appear in Hanover Court at a later date.

¯BROCTON–Marcus L. Carrizales, 24, of Stockton was charged on June 29 with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal possession of marijuana. Carrizales was taken into custody on a warrant issued out of Brocton Court. The charges stem from an incident in July 2016, in which Carrizales allegedly possessed heroin and marijuana. He was arraigned in Portland Court and remanded to the county jail in lieu of $10,000 cash or $20,000 property bond.

¯HANOVER–Nathan R. Mohawk, 21, of Perrysburg was charged on June 27 with second-degree criminal contempt. At 5:42 a.m., deputies responded to a call on Buffalo Road in Hanover. It is alleged that Mohawk had knowingly violated an order of protection. He was scheduled to appear in Hanover Court at a later date.

¯James R. Bradford, 53, of Chautauqua was charged on June 25 with driving across hazard marking, unlicensed operator, DWI and DWI per se. At 2:21 a.m., deputies pulled over Bradford for allegedly crossing the hazard markings on Centralia-Hartfield Road in Chautauqua. It is alleged that Bradford was intoxicated and had an expired license. He was issued tickets for Chautauqua Court.

¯BROCTON–Ariana R. Cooke, 22, of Westfield was charged on June 23 with unlawful possession of marijuana. At 8:36 p.m., deputies responded to a suspicious situation at 54 W. Main St. in Brocton. It is alleged that Cooke was in possession of marijuana. She was given an appearance ticket for Brocton Court.

¯ELLERY–Richard S. Schroeder, 49, of Westfield was charged on June 24 with DWI with blood alcohol content of .08 percent or more, DWI, reckless driving, speed in zone and speed not reasonable or prudent. At 9:07 p.m., deputies pulled over Schroeder for allegedly speeding out of Long Point State Park in Ellery. He was allegedly intoxicated. He was scheduled to appear in Ellery Court at a later date.

¯NORTH HARMONY–Francisco X. Bustamente, 53, of North Harmony was charged on June 17 with third-degree sexual abuse and second-degree harassment. At 6:30 p.m., it is alleged that Bustamente confronted a victim and made unwanted contact. Despite being told to leave, Bustamente reportedly made unwanted sexual contact. He was scheduled to appear in North Harmony Court at a later date.
