ELLICOTT POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Monty G. Latta, 50, of Jamestown was charged on June 21 with larceny. It is alleged that Latta stole items from the Dollar General store. He was issued an appearance ticket for Ellicott Court.

¯Anthony G. Baggiano Jr., 44, of Jamestown was charged on June 23 with speed in zone, DWI and DWI per se. At 1:13 a.m., police pulled over Baggiano in Celoron for reportedly speeding. It is alleged that he was intoxicated. He was scheduled to appear in Ellicott Court at a later date.

¯ MAYVILLE–Sean D. Barrett, 26, of Jamestown was charged on June 17 with third-degree criminal mischief. At 11:15 a.m., Barrett, an inmate at the county jail, was allegedly disorderly and punched a commissary kiosk computer screen at the jail. The amount of damage was approximately $1,200. Barrett was charged on June 27 and scheduled for arraignment in Chautauqua Court at a later date.

¯ HANOVER–A male youth was charged on June 25 with criminal possession of marijuana, speed in zone, unlicensed operator and operating with less than two brake lights. At 12:55 a.m., deputies pulled over the youth for allegedly speeding on Angell Road in Hanover. It is alleged that the youth was in possession of marijuana. He was scheduled to appear in Hanover Court at a later date.

¯ HANOVER–Andrea Tarnowski, 58, of Fredonia was charged on June 24 with DWI, DWI per se and failure to stop at stop sign. At 10:14 p.m., deputies pulled over Tarnowski for allegedly failing to stop at a stop sign on Alleghany Road in Hanover. It is alleged that she was intoxicated. She was scheduled to appear in Hanover Court at a later date.

¯ SILVER CREEK–Justin M. Holloway, 22, of Silver Creek was charged on June 27 with inadequate muffler, unlicensed operator, unlawful possession of marijuana and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. At 1:03 a.m., deputies pulled over Holloway on Central Avenue in Silver Creek for a reported traffic infraction. Holloway was allegedly in possession of marijuana and a narcotic drug. He was scheduled to appear in Silver Creek Court.

¯ CASSADAGA–Anthony J. Lehsten, 29, of Angola was charged on June 26 with criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation and second-degree harassment. At 12:04 a.m., deputies responded to a South Main Street address in Cassadaga for a reported assault. It is alleged that Lehsten committed criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation during a physical altercation. He was issued appearance tickets for Stockton Court.

¯ ELLICOTT–Angela Stack, 54, of Ellicott was charged on June 25 with aggravated DWI with a BAC of .18 percent, DWI, failure to keep right and moving from lane unsafely. At 6:40 p.m., deputies pulled over Stack on Fluvanna Avenue Extension in Ellicott for observed traffic violations. It is alleged that she was intoxicated. She was scheduled to appear in Ellicott Court at a later date.

¯ WESTFIELD–Amy L. Crowe, 39, of Stockton was charged on June 25 with inadequate headlamp, operating while registration suspended, DWI and DWI per se. At 2:16 a.m., deputies pulled over Crowe on Route 5 in Westfield for an observed traffic infraction. It is alleged that Crowe was intoxicated. She was scheduled to answer charges in Westfield Court.

¯ CHAUTAUQUA–Theresa M. White, 69, of Sherman was charged on June 24 with DWI and operating while registration is suspended. At 9:11 p.m., deputies pulled over White on Route 430 for allegedly having a suspended registration. It is alleged that she was intoxicated. She was scheduled to appear in Chautauqua Court at a later date.
