JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯Bryan R. Carroll, 29, of Jamestown was charged on June 20 with second-degree criminal contempt, aggravated criminal contempt, second-degree assault, unlawful imprisonment and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. At 2:30 p.m., police responded to 21 Tower St. for a domestic dispute. Upon arrival, officers spoke with a female victim who alleged that Caroll threw a cellphone and injured her while she was holding a young child. She also alleged that Carroll prevented her from leaving the residence. There was reportedly an order of protection requiring Carroll to stay away from the victim. Carroll was apprehended and taken to the city jail.

¯Richard C. Neal, 32, of Jamestown was charged on June 20 with first-degree criminal contempt and aggravated Family Offense. At 12:17 a.m., police responded to a Cook Avenue residence for a domestic dispute. Upon arrival, officers located Neal who reportedly had an outstanding domestic violence-related warrant out of the Jamestown Police Department. Neal reportedly retreated back into the residence upon seeing police and was later found hiding in the attic. He was taken to city jail. Neal had reportedly violated an order of protection.

¯Kimberly M. Robinson, 33, of Jamestown was charged on June 25 with aggravated Family Offense, second-degree criminal contempt, fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree obstructing governmental administration. At 11:06 p.m., police responded to a West Fifth Street address for a reported domestic dispute. Upon arrival, officers located Robinson inside the residence with a victim. It is alleged that Robinson broke a glass bowl and a LCD television during an altercation with the victim and that there was a valid order of protection for Robinson to stay away from the victim. Robinson allegedly refused to follow police commands to place her hands behind her back and actively resisted with officers. It is alleged that Robinson was on probation and had a previous conviction for criminal mischief during a domestic incident within the past five years. She was taken to city jail.

¯Juan J. Tufino Jr., 26, of Jamestown was charged on June 26 with second-degree menacing and third-degree assault. At 1:12 a.m., police responded to East Second Street at Thayer Street for a reported domestic dispute. Upon arrival, officers spoke with a victim who alleged that Tufino bit her and struck her in the head with a gun at a Lafayette Street residence. The victim sustained physical injuries. Tufino was taken to city jail.

¯Jacob T. Hyden, 21, of Jamestown was charged on June 25 with petit larceny. At 10:20 p.m., police responded to 7-Eleven on North Main Street for a shoplifting complaint. It is alleged that Hyden stole merchandise from the store. He was taken to city jail.

¯Duane R. Crawford Jr., 51, of Jamestown was charged on June 25 with second-degree criminal contempt, aggravated Family Offense and open container. At 3:02 a.m., police pulled over a vehicle on Hotchkiss Street and Campbell Avenue. One of the occupants, Crawford, allegedly had a valid order of protection to stay away from one of the occupants of the vehicle. An open container of alcohol was also reportedly observed by police. Crawford was held pending arraignment.

¯Gary G. Holmes, 43, of Jamestown was charged on June 23 with second-degree criminal contempt. At 10:13 a.m., police located Homes at a protected person’s home. He was taken to city jail.
