Pavement work on North Main Street, from First to Eighth streets in the city of Jamestown, will begin today. Jeffrey Lehman, director of public works, said all vehicles must be moved from the street no later than 7 a.m. prior to road surface work beginning. He said motorists “should expect delays” due to lane restrictions during the project. “As always, motorists should use extra caution while driving through this, and all, construction areas,” Lehman said.
