Two City Men Charged After Vehicle Chase, Narcotics Seized
Two Jamestown males were charged Monday after a vehicle chase led to a damaged stop sign and the discovery of narcotics.
At 5:30 p.m., Jamestown police in the area of Willard and Allen streets observed a black SUV run over a stop sign and leave the scene at a high rate of speed.
The vehicle was pulled over in the driveway of 18 Hedges Ave. The driver, a 17-year-old male, was charged with multiple vehicle and traffic violations as well as obstructing governmental administration.
The front seat passenger, 21-year-old Karee J. Rizzo-Walker, was allegedly found with 11.6 grams of cocaine and five grams of a cutting agent, commonly used to mix or dilute cocaine.
He was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia.
