The hall owned by the Villenova Grange has been sold.

The Post-Journal and OBSERVER have been analyzing real estate sales in Chautauqua County and recently looked at the transactions from May 13-19.

During this time period, Villenova Grange #604 sold 431 Route 322, Villenova to Unclaimed Finds, LLC of Cherry Creek for $20,000.

The New York State Grange was contacted and stated that although the Villenova Grange hall has been sold, the Villenova Grange is still open. No further details were provided.

Also during this time period, 4241 Marthas Vineyard, Ellery, was sold for $1,475,000. This is described on line as a five-bedroom, four bathroom 3,074 square foot private residence.

There were also 12 homes in the city of Jamestown that were sold for a combined $807,000. The locations were 858 Spring St., 320 Newland Ave., 64 Fairmount Ave., 309 Forest Ave., 428 Winsor St., 36 Regent St., 38 West Hamilton St., 31 Weeks St., 23 Baker St., 260 Willard St., 300 West Eighth St. and 266 Falconer St. They were purchased by Yogi Homes, LLC.

Including the sales previously announced, there were nine sales that were $250,000 or higher. The remaining top sales are as follows:

– 62 N. Portage St., Westfield sold for $335,000.

– 6252 Route 380 South, Stockton sold for $330,000.

– 3659 Dean School Road, Poland sold for $300,000.

– 4406 West Lake Road, Unit 15, Chautauqua town sold for $324,000.

– Four parcels on Route 426 and Sulphur Springs Road, Mina sold for $270,000.

– 12 Jaekle Ave., Silver Creek sold for $265,000.

– 7990 Thayer Road, Portland sold for $262,500.
