A truck apparently delivering supplies partially tipped onto its side wheels Tuesday afternoon in the city of Jamestown. City firefighters were called around 3 p.m. to Park Street, near Newland Avenue, for reports of a truck on half of its wheels and possibly leaking fluids. There were reports of utility lines down as well. Officers with the Jamestown Police Department and crews with the Jamestown Board of Public Utilities also responded. No further information was available Tuesday.
