Indictments Handed Up In County Court

Several indictments have recently been handed up in Chautauqua County Court.

Kelvin Thomas, 37, was indicted on three counts of felony first-degree criminal contempt. He was arraigned Nov. 10 before Chautauqua County Surrogate Court Judge Stephen Cass, and a pre-trial conference has been scheduled for Dec. 7.

Thomas, a Jamestown resident, was taken into custody in June following a domestic dispute reported at a West Fourth Street home in the city. An investigation found that he was allegedly in violation of stay away orders.

Christopher Light, 40, was indicted on two counts of felony first-degree criminal contempt. He was arraigned Nov. 9 before County Court Judge David Foley, and a pre-trial conference has been scheduled for Dec. 9.

Nicholas Brown, 30, was indicted on four counts of felony first-degree criminal contempt. He was arraigned Nov. 9 before Foley, and a pre-trial conference is scheduled for Dec. 9.

Nathanial Hollins Jr., 29, was indicted on a charge of felony first-degree criminal contempt. He, too, was arraigned Nov. 9 before Foley, with a pre-trail conference set for Dec. 9.
