Driver Clocked Going Over 100 MPH Charged

A Ripley man has been jailed after he was pulled over on Route 20 in Ripley for allegedly driving 103 miles an hour while intoxicated.

Chautauqua County sheriff’s deputies report Skyler J. Miller, 33, of Ripley was charged with felony driving while intoxicated, speeding, reckless driving, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle without an ignition interlock device at 9:47 p.m. Saturday.

Deputies pulled Miller’s vehicle over after it was reportedly seen traveling 103 miles an hour on Route 20. After pulling the vehicle over, Miller was reportedly found to have arrest warrants from the Erie County, Pa., Sheriff’s Office.

Miller was taken to the Chautauqua County Jail to be arraigned in the Centralized Arraignment Program.
