These photos taken by Debbie Johnston, show an oversized truck hauling a junk car on Route 474, Ashville Tuesday afternoon. According to State Police, the hauler went under some power lines and took down wires in both Busti and North Harmony. This resulted in a 30 minute power outage, which was restored by National Grid. Driver David Knoll, 51, of Hamburg was issued a tickets for being over height, obstructed trailer plate and misuse of farm plates.
