The 2019 Celoron Rib-Fest kicked off Wednesday with its signature smell of barbecue ribs circulating around Lucille Ball Memorial Park. The annual event will run through Saturday. Ribs and activities will be available today from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. The annual Cruise-in will be held on Saturday from noon-4 p.m. Barbecue rib vendors included Sgt. Oink’s BBQ, After Hours BBQ, Smokin’ Joe’s Hog Wild Barbeque, Pigfoot Barbeque and Fine Smoke BBQ.
