Pleas, Sentences Announced In County Court

=MAYVILLE — Chautauqua County District Attorney Patrick Swanson recently announced the following pleas and sentences in Chautauqua County Court.

¯ Steven Glenn, 32, of Fredonia, was sentenced March 12 by Judge David Foley to a determinate sentence of seven years in prison and five years of post-release supervision after being convicted of first-degree attempted robbery.

¯ Robin L. Miller, 28, of Jamestown, was sentenced on March 8 by Judge John LaMancuso on two counts to indeterminate sentences of 1• to four years in state prison after being convicted on two counts of second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument.

¯ Cody E. Reichenbach, 24, of Jamestown, was sentenced on March 8 by Judge John LaMancuso to a determinate sentence of two years in state prison plus two years of post-release supervision after being convicted of fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

¯ Jerrfey Gizowski, 30, was sentenced on March 20 by Judge Susan Eagan to a determinate seven years in state prison plus five years of post-release supervision after being convicted of attempted aggravated assault on a police officer.

¯ Larry L. Hicks, 38, of Olean was sentenced on April 3 by Judge Paul Wojtaszek to a determinate sentence of three years in state prison plus five years of post-release supervision after being convicted of second-degree attempted criminal possession of a weapon.

¯ Erik Morrison, 30, was sentenced on March 19 by Judge David Foley to a determinate sentence of three years in state prison plus three years of post-release supervision after being convicted on one count of second-degree attempted criminal possession of a weapon.

¯ Jeffrey Zink, 36, was sentenced March 22 by Judge Paul Wojtaszek to a determinate sentence of two years in state prison and five years post-release supervision after being convicted on one count of third-degree criminal sex act.

¯ Timothy R. Wilson, 30, of Jamestown was sentenced March 19 by Judge David Foley to a determinate sentence of one year in state prison plus one year of post-release supervision after being convicted on one count of fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

¯ Jillian Matthews, 21, of Jamestown was sentenced March 19 by Judge David Foley to an indeterminate sentence of 1• to four years in state prison after being convicted on one count of third-degree robbery.

¯ Shawn Cavender, 48, of Cassadaga was sentenced March 12 by Judge David Foley to an in determinate sentence of one to three years in state prison after being convicted of driving while intoxicated.

¯ Joshua G. Boles, 28, of Diamond, Ohio, was sentenced March 12 by Judge David Foley to a determinate sentence of two years plus 1¢years of post-release supervision after being convicted of second-degree attempted criminal possession of a weapon.
