Westfield Man Charged In Chokehold, Harassment Of Worker

WESTFIELD — A village resident has been charged with second-degree harassment and the criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation after an incident that occurred on Dec. 29.

Westfield Police Department on Thursday said they investigated an incident involving a home health-care worker at the residence of Steven A.
