LAKEWOOD — A Jamestown man observed doing “donuts” in the parking lot of an East Fairmount Avenue business in Lakewood is facing drunken driving charges.

Officers with the Lakewood-Busti Police Department observed the vehicle violation around 9:45 p.m. Saturday in the parking lot in front of TJ Maxx, 279 E. Fairmount Ave.

The driver was identified as 24-year-old Gerald B. Conrad. An investigation found that the Durant Avenue man had a blood-alcohol content above 0.08%.

Conrad was processed on charges of driving while intoxicated, DWI with a BAC of 0.08% or more and failure to signal stopping. He was issued tickets to appear in Busti Town Court later.
