Greggory J. Brady, 23, of Falconer faces several charges after Carroll Police and the New York State Police found him hiding in a back yard in Frewsburg on Dec. 29.

According to a police report, Carroll police and State Police conducted a warrant check at 535 Dodge Road, Frewsburg, for Brady and reportedly found him in the back yard of the residence after Brady allegedly tried to run away.

Brady is charged with felony fugitive from justice, two Carroll Police Department warrants for second-degree obstructing governmental administration and one Jamestown City Court warrant for second-degree obstructing governmental administration. Brady was also allegedly a fugitive from justice from Pennsylvania. He was taken to the Chautauqua County Jail awaiting extradition to Pennsylvania.
