GERRY — A Tonawanda woman is facing drunken driving charges after Chautauqua County sheriff’s deputies said she struck a home with her car.

Deputies were called Wednesday to Route 60 in Gerry around 6 p.m. for a reported motor vehicle crash. An investigation determined 22-year-old Teaira A. Marbury drove off the road and struck the home.

No one was injured in the crash, the Sheriff’s Office said in a press release.

Marbury was later found to be intoxicated and was taken into custody. She was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se, speed not reasonable and prudent and moving from lane unsafely. She was being held on pre-arraignment bail, and is scheduled to appear in Gerry Town Court at a later date.
