A natural gas leak was reported after a car struck a house on Newland Avenue in Jamestown.

The area, at the intersection of Newland and City View avenues, was briefly blocked to traffic. The gas was shut off around 1:55 p.m. by utility crews.

No injuries were initially reported in the crash.
