Bob Trevino Likes It and Death of a Unicorn will be shown this week at the Reg Lenna Center for The Arts.

Barbie Ferreira and John Leguizamo star in Bob Trevino Likes It (Wednesday, April 30, at 7 p.m.) Lily Trevino longs for a familial connection, having been abandoned by her father in her 20s. Bob Trevino works long hours alone at a construction company to support his wife Jeanie’s scrapbooking habit, ignoring his own feelings and need for friendship, until he gets an unexpected Facebook message from a stranger. Lily and Bob’s blossoming friendship becomes a vital source of connection and healing in both their lives. In their own ways, these two must both learn they are worthy of extraordinary love exemplified through small acts of kindness. Bob Trevino Likes It is rated PG-13 and is 105 minutes long.

Jenna Ortega and Paul Rudd star in Death of a Unicorn (Friday, May 2 at 7 p.m.) A father and daughter accidentally hit and kill a unicorn while en route to a weekend retreat, where his billionaire boss (Richard E. Grant) seeks to exploit the creature’s miraculous curative properties. Death of a Unicorn is rated R and is 108 minutes long.

Upcoming Movies at The Reg include Steve Coogan in the comedy-drama The Penguin Lessons (May 7 at 7 p.m.), Naomi Watts with Bill Murray in the comedy-drama The Friend (May 9 at 7 p.m.),The Luckiest Man in America (May 14 at 7 p.m.) a dramatic retelling of the 1984 Press Your Luck game show scandal, the Andy Kaufman documentary Thank You Very Much (May 16 at 7 p.m.) and Ray Mendoza and Alex Garland’s historical war drama Warfare (May 21 at 7 p.m.)

Tickets for most Movies at The Reg are $8 in-person at the box office and $10 online (reglenna.com) and by calling 716-484-7070. Family showings are $7 in-person at the box office and $9 online and by phone. Special engagements are priced differently. The theater and box office at The Reg are located at 116 E. Third St., Jamestown. The box office is open Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from noon to 5 p.m. and one hour before movies and events.
