The Northern Chautauqua Canine Rescue Dog of the Week is King, a gentle giant German shepherd puppy mill breeder who made it to the rescue. He is in a foster home now where his foster mom says he is quiet, loves to play with his housemate dogs and is fine with the cat. He enjoys full body hugs and lots of attention — he was sadly deprived in his previous puppy mill situation. A fenced yard with a large confident resident dog are must requirements for this big guy.
