At the Westfield-Mayville Rotary Club installation dinner, outgoing President Dan Smith swore in incoming President Mike Harrington. Pete Bills received his three-time Paul Harris pin for his support of the Rotary Foundation. Sydney Hawkins received a $1,000 check for being a Rotary District 7090 scholarship winner. Smith shared the highlights of the club’s service this past year and that the club had earned two District awards. The club honored Smith for his role as president by donating $100 to the Rotary Foundation in his name. Smith is pictured passing the gavel to Harrington.
