Southwestern Middle School officials have released the school’s Students of the Month for April. They are:

Connor Crabtree, sixth grade and the son of Ryan and Melissa Crabtree of Lakewood. His favorite subjects are Math and physical education. Connor is a member of the Southwestern Computer Programming Club. Outside of school, he likes to exercise to stay healthy.

Mackenzie Rogers, seventh grade and the daughter of Greg and Jamie Rogers of Lakewood. Her favorite subjects are music, science and US history. Mackenzie belongs on Southwestern Modified Track Team and is a member of Jr. Honor Society and Student Council. Outside of school, she plays on the Storm Soccer Team, likes to paint, spend time with friends and hangs out in the woods. One thing you might be surprised to know about her is she is obsessed with Dwayne Johnson and loves wrestling.

Ariana Silakowski, eighth grade and the daughter of Danielle Zukowski-Culver and Rob Culver of Lakewood. Her favorite subjects are math and science. Ariana plays on Southwestern junior varsity softball and modified volleyball teams and is a member of Southwestern Band and Choir. Outside of school, she plays on the Corry Posse Softball Team and likes to go shopping and play the flute.
