The Jamestown Rotary Golf Committee chairman, Mike Bird, has announced the cancellation of what was to be the 26th annual Rotary Golf tournament at MoonBrook Country Club. Every year the tournament benefits our local community as well as international Rotary projects involving youth and the health and welfare of people of all nations.

“The golf committee has decided that it is in our best interest to cancel the 2020 Rotary Golf outing that was scheduled to be held July 27. We felt that in light of the health crisis we are all going through that it was best at this time” said Bird.

The tournament has already been re-scheduled for June 7, 2021, more information of the 2021 tournament to be held at Moon Brook Country Club will be communicated closer to the new date.

Bird added, “We appreciate the support we have had over the last 25 tournaments from our community members and look forward to another great event in 2021.’
