Boone Is Dog Of The Week

The Northern Chautauqua Canine Rescue Dog of the Week is Boone, a young neutered male, a few months shy of 2 years old. He is a tall dog who is all legs and energy. He came to the shelter because he was too rough and bouncy for the senior dog in his house; he would probably do well with another dog his age and size to play with. He is happy and seems to like everyone he meets; he likes to run and play and is house-trained too. There are currently many dogs of all sizes and energy levels available for adoptions. Most of them can be seen online at caninerescue.org. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the rescue is not having open hours. Those who are interested in adopting a dog can fill out an application that does not commit someone to an adoption. If and when the application is approved an appointment can be made. For more information, call the rescue at 326-7297.
