‘Bombshell’ To Be Shown Wed.

Charlize Theron, Nicole Kidman and Margot Robbie star in the Oscar-winning film “Bomshell” at 7 p.m. Wednesday at the Reg Lenna Center for the Arts.

The murder mystery “Knives Out” shows Saturday, Feb. 29, at 8 p.m. Admission to each film is $6.

In “Bombshell,” Gretchen Carlson (Kidman) slaps Fox News founder Roger Ailes with a lawsuit alleging sexual harassment, not knowing what would happen next. Her decision leads to Fox News correspondent Megyn Kelly (Theron) coming forward with her own story, as well as multiple other women (Robbie), inciting a movement that reverberates around the world. The film won an Academy Award for Best Makeup and Hairstyling from Kazu Hiro, Anne Morgan and Vivian Baker. “Bombshell” is rated R and is 109 minutes long.

“Knives Out” was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Original Screenplay from director Rian Johnson. When renowned crime novelist Harlan Thrombey (Christopher Plummer) dies just after his 85th birthday, the inquisitive and debonair detective Benoit Blanc (Daniel Craig) arrives at his estate to investigate.
