Prendergast Library To Host Halloween Story Hour
The James Prendergast Library will host a Halloween story hour starting at 4:30 p.m. Oct. 24.
In addition to Halloween-themed stories and crafts, there will be a costume parade around the library. Every child attending will get a free book.
Children and adults are encouraged to wear a costume.
The library’s Makerspace will also be open during this event, with options for free play and Halloween-themed crafts.
There is no charge for this event, and all ages are welcome. To register, call the library’s Children’s Desk at 484-7135, ext. 234. Walk-ins are also welcome.
