The Northern Chautauqua Canine Rescue Dog of the Week is Mr. Willie, a nice easygoing typical beagle who is guessed to be between 2 or 3 years old. He is definitely people friendly, and he can be choosy about his dog playmates. The shelter is located at 7540 N.
