The Kiwanis Club of Jamestown has announced its Terrific Kids for June.

They are:

¯ Matthew Greenland, seventh grade at Jefferson Middle School and son of Nicole Nickerson and Dan Nickerson. Matthew plays the trumpet. His favorite subject in school is English language arts, his favorite musical group is the Jamestown High School marching band and his favorite television show is “The Rookie.” Matthew is a member of the marching band.

¯ Mercedes Johnson, eighth grade at Persell Middle School and daughter of Shannon Johnson. Mercedes’ likes animals and to volunteer around the area. Her favorite subject is math, she enjoys pop music and her favorite television show is “Criminal Minds.” She belongs to the National Honor Society.

¯ Zoe Weltikol, sixth grade at Washington Middle School and daughter of Michelle and Roger Weltikol. Zoe enjoys basketball, her favorite subject in school is science and she enjoys pop music. Zoe enjoys watching “The Best Baker In America.”
